Message	On the right side of the oil pump (left if you're looking at the front of the motor) is a an opening that the oil passes through to the block. The oil is under high pressure here and the only thing keeping it where it's supposed to be is the paper oil pump gasket. This is the issue I fixed last summer, that was causing me to go through over a quart every 1000 miles. My Mod List & More At Motortopia
